Losing Weight by Eating Only When You Are Hungry

There are many opinions about eating and whatmethod of eating is going to help you best lose weight. And there isnot double that there a lot of people in this country that are obeseand need to make getting healthy a priority. But what is the best wayto go about shedding the pounds that are inhibiting your ability tolive a healthy life.


There are some people that say you shouldfollow a structured meal plan. But I have recently read about a programthat says you should eat what you are hungry for when you are hungryfor it and forget about the rest. For me, I think the jury is still outon this concept. I like the idea of eating only when you are hungry.That make perfect sense and if you can feel hunger, it is your body'sway of telling you it needs nourished.


However, I am having amore difficult time with the "eating whatever I want" part. I could seemyself gaining 20 pounds in 20 days. The author of the book claimed sheate chocolate chip cookies for dinner for 14 days straight. While thesounds like my kind of dinner, I have not gotten to the point where Ican allow myself that kind of freedom.


The thought on this is ifyou have what you want when you want it, sooner or later you will gettired of the unhealthy foods a return to eating a more normal diet. Ithink many people do put too much pressure on themselves to stick to adiet that they often become obsessed with the all or nothing mentality.When they realize they are not perfect they give up. If you cutyourself some slack and do not be yourself up over not being perfect,you stand a much better chance of being healthy both mentally andphysically.


Try eating only when you feel hunger no matter whattime it is. Eat what appeals to you instead of what you think youshould be eating. Make a special effort to stop eating when you nolonger feel hunger. This will probably take time to get under control,since so many of us are so used to eating long past the point of beingfull.


If you are person who has tried everything to lose weight,why not try this method. You might be surprised. If you are expectingto lose 20 pounds in 30 days, you will probably be disappointed, buteventually the weight will come off and with being an imposition onyour lifestyle.

My Future Fitness Plan

My goal for fitness was to get a personal trainer when I could afford it. That time came about 3 months ago and it was not a moment too soon. I did not realize just how weak my muscles had gotten until I started strength training. Having had gastric bypass surgery and losing a large amount of weight quickly, I also lost muscle mass and tone. I workout 30  minutes 3 times each week and I have noticed a huge difference in just 3 months.   

 

I have had back problems and they are well on their way to being resolved. I feel strength when I walk up stairs that I never had before. Now it is a matter of losing the last 30 or 40 pounds and I will be about where I should be. I feel that being at a healthy weight is only 6 months away as long as I can keep my emotional eating in check.

Cheap Down Comforters

One of the things that I like most is comfort andatmosphere. I pick the places that I exercise because of how they make me feel.It is the same when I reading. I select places that make me feel relaxed andoffer an atmosphere that cannot be interfered with by outsidedistractions. 


Bedspreads and comforters can give me the same feeling. Cheap down comforters create an atmosphere of luxury. They are soft and cangive you the comfort you need to get a good night of sleep to feel well restedfor facing the stresses of the next day. There are many things you can do tocreate a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere for yourself and having aluxurious bedroom is just one of them.


To me atmosphere is everything. It can give afeeling of tranquility and on the other hand it can be a source of stress dependingon where you are and what is going on. There is only so much you can do tocombat the pressures of daily living, but you have a great deal of control overwhat happens when you leave the corporate environment.

The corporate world can be very stressful. Anything you can do to ease that stress will make your life that much easier. Although the corporate world has got me where I am today, it is not the direction I want to head. I am working hard to build a business that will allow me to work from anywhere in the world that has the internet.
